REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Refunds

Subject to approval, a refund may only be issued through your original payment method. If a refund has been approved for one or more of the following reasons below, it may take up to 14 days to process, depending on the payment method used. Alternatively, store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

You may be entitled to a refund where we cannot:

  • Fulfil your order within a reasonable amount of time; or
  • Product received is not as described, has been damaged or lost in transit (excludes orders marked as delivered); and/or
  • There is no replacement for your defective item.

You are not entitled to a refund for:

  • Change of mind; or
  • Found it cheaper somewhere else; or
  • Decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
  • A live break/opening once it has been opened live on stream.

30 Day Returns and/or Exchanges

You may request to return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase date, provided you have proof of purchase and the product:

  • Is still in its original and saleable condition and packaging
  • Has not been opened or used
  • Is not a digital good (i.e. gift card or subscription), or on sale item
  • This is subject to review by Kado Collective Pt Ltd team members

Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivered

  • Any product that is damaged, faulty or wrong must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery*
  • Products of this nature may either be replaced subject to availability or store credit applied

*does not include the condition of manufacture product packaging (i.e. plastic seal, discolouration, imperfections, etc), or manufacture print quality of trading cards.  

Returned Undelivered Orders

Sometimes we may receive orders that were not delivered because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, receiver not recognised at the address, or a customer refusing to pay a custom and duties fee at their respective border.

You may request a redelivery or refund of your order if the returned items are in its original and saleable condition and packaging. A refund for your items minus the return shipping fee we incur (for free delivery, standard shipping fee applies) may be applicable.

Manufacture’s Warranties 

Some products may come with an additional manufacture’s warranty. Should you wish to make any claim under a manufacture’s warranty, you can do so directly with the relevant manufacture. We are happy to assist you in the given circumstance.
