Pre-Orders will be allowed on certain products that have not yet come into stock. By placing a pre-order you will secure the products ahead of it’s release.

TAKE NOTE – If you pre-order a product together with a product that is already released and available to be shipped at the time of placing your order, then your entire order will not be shipped until the last pre-order product has been released. We suggest you order in stock products and preorder products separately at checkout should you wish to receive the products which are immediately available to be shipped at the time of placing your order. The pre-order products will then be shipped separately when the last pre-order product in your order has been released. 

For all pre-orders, full payment (100%) is required at the time of placing your order to secure your product allocation.  

We do our best to have the most accurate release date on the product description however, from time-to-time our distributor may experience delays which are outside of our control. We will email effected customers should this delay be significant. 

By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that the release date is an estimate only.

We try our best to provide accurate and conservative stock amounts for our pre order product listings based on the amount that we order with our supplier. However on occasions, the supplier may allocate less that the ordered amount. Therefore, in the event there is a lower allocation from our supplier and the preorder purchases exceed the amount allocated, then preorder purchases will be on a first come first serve basis and the remaining preorder purchases with no allocation will be refunded in full.

We will only offer refunds on pre-order products where the release date has been extended beyond 60 days or the product is no longer available for release.
