LIVE BREAKS

What can I expect from a live break?

A live break is defined as purchasing a sealed product and having it opened on your behalf on a live stream by a third party (the live streamer). Once the live break/opening has started, you also understand and agree there are no returns and/or refunds.

What happens to my live break once it is completed?

All personal break purchases can be held for up to 3 months in order to collate shipping for multiple orders from all Kado Live Streamers. Your orders will be collated initially into a Small AusPost parcel box, then if required will be upgraded to a Medium AusPost parcel box. Payment and shipping will be initiated once you have filled the max Medium AusPost parcel box or reached 3 months (whichever comes first), we will attempt to contact you via your email and phone number provided, where you will need to request shipping.

*Any live break purchased, will be held for shipping and will not be sent until a shipping fee is purchased.

**We will attempt to contact you 3 times over a week, however, failure to request and pay for shipping within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of your products purchased.

How do I Request Shipping?

When you are ready to ship your order or if we have reached out to ship out your:
- Domestic - Medium Auspost parcel box
- International - 1 kg Parcel Box

Please ensure you provide all online social media and live streaming names and aliases in your order comments to ensure you receive all your purchased products.

Once you complete the payment for shipping correctly our warehouse will reach out to you to confirm details and shipment.

*Please note that if you choose the incorrect shipping, we will reach out to correct the payment.

When can I expect my delivery (domestic)?

Domestic Shipping For Live Breaks (Australia)

The Kādo Collective team endeavour to have your orders packed and shipped in an efficient and timely manner so you get your orders safer & faster.

Shipping and handling times within Australia

All orders are packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of your order but in most cases will be dispatched the same day or next day if possible. Orders made on the weekend and/or public holidays are dispatched the following business day.

Do we ship Internationally?

Yes, we do!!

International Shipping and Payments (Worldwide)

We offer worldwide delivery to select countries with our partnered freight carriers. Handling time for international orders may take up to 3-4 business days to process and then we will update you with estimated timeframes for shipping to your selected country.
